Le Clos du Plantis is intended for use in booking guest room stays.
The best welcome will be reserved for guests, the owner will do everything to satisfy them and help them discover the region.
Online booking is done on the partner platform Elloha.
Article 1
The reservation is effective upon receipt by return mail of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of one night per room reserved, and the signed reservation contract.
Receipt of the deposit also constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
No right of withdrawal: for all reservations, guests do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L121-2-4 of the Consumer Code relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency.
Article 2
In the event of cancellation by the customer, this must be notified to the owner by mail or email:
a) Cancellation more than 15 days before the stay: the deposit remains acquired.
b) Cancellation less than 15 days before the stay or if the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the day of arrival: the entire stay is payable.
c) In the event of early departure, the entire stay is payable.
Article 3
In the event of cancellation of the stay by the owner, he will reimburse the sums paid by the customer.
Article 4
Any special request from guests will be studied and possibly validated by mutual agreement with the owner.
Article 5
Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.; in case of late arrival, the guest must notify the owner.
Arrivals after 9 p.m. will be subject to a €25 fee.
Departure: the room must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.
The owner requires a minimum of 2 nights during high season.
Article 6
Guests agree to respect the peace and quiet of the premises and to vacate the room in perfect condition:
a) Le Clos du Plantis is non-smoking in the rooms and common areas (ashtrays are available outside).
b) In the event of damage, the customer agrees to pay the cost of reimbursement for the damaged items.
c) At the end of the stay, if the room is vacated in a very dirty state, the owner may require payment of a cleaning fee of €100 to restore the room.
d) For hygiene reasons, the house does not accept our animal friends. This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner: in the event of the client’s departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 7
Guests agree to read the safety instructions specific to the house and the swimming pool (rules in the rooms and in the pool house).
Article 8
The balance of the stay is to be paid upon arrival at Clos du Plantis, the tourist tax will be notified in addition on the invoice.
Payments accepted : transfer, credit card, check, cash.
